Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?

We are based in Newmarket, Ontario and we ship our handcrafted products across Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times can vary depending on the destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since all our products are handmade, processing times vary. Typically, orders take 3-7 business days to be produced and prepared for shipping. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

What shipping options are available?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup in Newmarket is available at our store. We are open Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Contact us to inquire about local pickup options.

What is your return/refund policy?

Since our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a defect or an error on our part, please reach out, and we will work to resolve it.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we start working on your order shortly after it is placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my custom apparel to keep the design intact?

We recommend washing our apparel inside out in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle. To maintain the design, we recommend air drying for best results. Alternatively, tumble dry on a low heat setting is also an option. 

Are your mugs and tumblers dishwasher and microwave safe?

To ensure the longevity of your custom designs, we recommend hand washing mugs and tumblers. While our items are dishwasher and microwave safe, hand washing is the best way to maintain the quality of the print.
