2. Products & Availability
All products are handcrafted and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change items at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely through Square. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the U.S. only. Please allow standard processing and delivery times, which may vary depending on your location.
5. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless there is an issue with your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Sites, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Gifts By Profession and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website. We make no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
